CSL Foundation is a non-profit organization and the Arm of CSL Finance Ltd. CSL Foundation works under three areas of intervention, SAKSHAR/ NARITVA/ AROGY. In addition to these focus areas, the foundation also takes various CSR Initiatives like Educational visits with SAKSHAR NIKETAN kids promoting preventive healthcare through medical camps, Mass- Marriages, Sanitary Drives, Social awareness programs, educational workshops, and other initiatives for the development of society at large. With all CSR activities, the foundation also provides platforms for individual social responsibilities.

Guddi tells that earlier she used to give cloth to her daughter Kanishka to use. She was not aware of sanitary pads and their use. They came to know about this when CSL Foundation started the free service of sanitary pads. Then Payal Ma’am told me about its importance and use, then I also talked to her about the problems being faced by my daughter. Then he understood and started using it herself and also gave her daughter to use sanitary pads instead of cloth. Earlier, Guddi’s daughter used to have many problems like wetness, burning, itching, and soiled cloth. Due to this, she could not go to school. Now Guddi is sure about her work Kanishka goes to her school. Now they do not have to face any such problems. Guddi expresses her gratitude to CSL Foundation and wishes for the smooth functioning of this service from the foundation, and now she will always give her daughter only sanitary pads to use and will also make others aware of it.
Ashish is 11 years old and Alakh is 9 years old are brothers. Ashish & Alakh’s father has a kidney failure problem. He is not able to pay so much expenses on his children's education but he always wanted to see become their children educated. Ashish wants to become a singer, his singing is very good, he also participated in the school’s cultural functions and sing always patriotic songs in programs, Alakh wants to join the army so that they can take care of their family. CSL Foundation decided to give wings to their talents and support their strong desire to become something in the future by providing quality education. With the foundation curriculum, they are on a progressive path. They are studying since 2022 in Sakshar Niketan and doing well in their academics and improvising day by day. Ashish and Alakh's father expresses his gratitude and thanks to CSL Foundation for supporting his children.
