ROHIT GUPTA, A CHARTERED ACCOUNTANT BY PROFESSION, TRUSTEE- OF CSL FOUNDATION AND MANAGING DIRECTOR CSL FINANCE LTD. has been associated with the organization with profound experience in the field of merchant banking, corporate finance, financial restructuring, project finance, capital markets, and structured lending, etc. and as an esteemed trustee of the CSL foundation, stands as an embodiment of compassion and philanthropy. With a deep-rooted commitment to serving the community, he strives to bridge the gap between privileged and necessity, extending a helping hand to those who are truly in need. His vision is to resolve around the transformation of lives through education, focusing on the upliftment of the underprivileged and weaker sections of society.
Rachita Gupta is a commerce graduate and has completed her bachelors and Masters from University of Delhi & Warwick Business School. In addition to this, she has completed several executive courses in the field of digital Marketing, Finance, fintech and blockchain from reputed IIM i.e. IIM-B & IIM-C. She has been associated with CSL finance for the past 6+ years as a prominent member of different departments like implementing the Business ERP solutions, SME operations, investor relations, human resources and managing CSR of the company. Her vision to provide quality education to the needy and a desire to do something for society led her to start the project SAKSHAR a small informal project to support the education of children of unskilled labour in semi-rural areas with the vision to access quality education at the right age of children. Her belief that every child must have an equal opportunity and access to quality education made her take this initiative in the form of CSL Foundation
Ashok Kathuria is a prominent figure, and he has been associated with the company since its inception. He has been elevating the position of the company with experience in different fields like managing back-end operations, accounts, and administration. With the accomplishment of multiple assignments and projects, he has been functioning efficiently and from the time of the inception of the company, he has been a prominent member of the organization.
Rhea Pandey is a commerce graduate from Delhi University and is currently pursuing her MBA from the same institution. With a strong inclination towards social work, she has been actively involved in initiatives that focus on education, women empowerment, and community development. At CSL Foundation, she plays a key role in planning, coordinating, and managing CSR activities, ensuring that projects create meaningful and sustainable impact. Her enthusiasm for making education accessible to children from underprivileged backgrounds, along with her vision to contribute towards an inclusive society, drives her work at the foundation. She believes that small, consistent efforts can bring about significant change and is committed to carrying forward the mission of CSL Foundation to provide equal opportunities for all.
